How a load moves
From tender to paperwork.
What happens after you send a load, and what you hear from us along the way.
You send the load by email, phone or EDI. A dispatcher confirms it back within the hour.
A truck and driver are assigned and you get the unit number and the driver's first name, usually within two hours.
We check in at pickup with the seal number and piece count, and send it to you as soon as the doors close.
You can see it move. GPS updates every 15 minutes on a tracking link, and reefer temps on the same page.
Proof of delivery within the hour as a photo, and the invoice inside 24 hours with any temp download attached.
